Bobby Swire is the former personal manager for Judy Mowatt and the founder of Horizon Productions. Lee O Thomas former Agent and Talent Buyer for several venues including the Wild Hare, Exedus II, Club Negril, Horizon Productions and Festivals INC. Combined they have over 30 years Both are instrumental in building the once flourishing Reggae music scene in Chicago. These positions have earned them both several awards over the years.
